防爆铲运车用柴油机支承的有限元分析与优化设计

摘要:

针对矿用防爆铲运车在煤矿井下工作时出现的防爆柴油机安装支承断裂现象,本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS结合防爆柴油机支承的结构特点与承载特点进行建模,并对模型进行计算仿真得出防爆柴油机支承振动模态和各工况下的应力云图。并以此为据对防爆柴油机支承进行优化改进。同时也为其它的同类运输设备问题的解决和设计改进提供有益的参考。

Abstract:

According to occurs fracturing phenomenon of the flameproof diesel engine support of the mining flameproof load-haul dumper (LHD) in underground coal mine, this article establish the modeling basing on the finite element analysis software ANSYS combination flameproof diesel engine support structure characteristics and load characteristic, obtaining the vibration modal chart and stress cloud chart of the flameproof diesel engine support on calculating the model. then according to the result optimizing and improvement the flameproof diesel engine support. But also for other similar transport equipment to solve the problem and improve the design of a useful reference.
